Neuroplasticity is the ability of the nervous system to respond to internal or external stimuli by reorganizing its structure, function and connections. It can be good (called adaptive neuroplasticity), bad (maladaptive neuroplasticity), or a mixture of both.

This talk will provide you with an overview of plasticity, critical periods of development, learning, and the importance of experiences, time, play, sleep, exercise, motivation, and attention.
